Memory itself is just great, I've put EKWB on 2 sets of those even though they do not heat up at all :)

However those sticks do not work well on X79 chipset.
Apparently intel 2011 socket processors according to tech specs can only support more than 4 memory modules with mhz not exceeding 1333.
If 1333 mhz is exceeded then "bad things" tend to happen.
Having 8 sticks of this memory on P9X79 Deluxe everything worked fine for few days, then 2 memory modules stopped showing up. (Well, they show up, however cannot get working, swapped ram around, decreased frequency, nothing helps)
So summing everything up instead of 64 gigs of ram I have 49.

1 pair would be a great purchase, however if You plan on combining 2 sets then think it through thoroughly :)

Fantastic RAM and a good price. The only negative thing that I can say about this product is that I was not informed that my Windows 7 Home Premium OS would NOT SUPPORT 32GB RAM!! You must upgrade to Win 7 Pro or Ultimate to utilize more than 16GB. It was worth it, and I would highly recommend this RAM.

Mine worked beautifully on my ASUS x79 socket 2011 board. I filled all 8 slots with this and Win 7 ultimate sees all 64GB at 1600. Did not fit under the Zalman CNPS12x CPU cooler.
